My name is Erica Loeks, pronounced Lukes. I grew up in North Dakota, enjoying the slowness of our family farm, where a nap in the tall grasses of the woods was a way I connected with the earth.

I began taking photos in high school and loved the mystery the darkroom with silver gelatin prints. I studied film and darkroom photography in college and started my freelance career in 2004. I have loved everything about my photo career, but always wanted something more.

After some soul-searching, I wanted to connect on a spiritual level to my talents and life in general. I became a certified 235 HR yoga teacher, Ayurveda Level I practioner, meditation teacher and in December 2025, I will graduate with my 340 hour yoga teacher certification, completing the rigorous 500 hour yoga training.

Through tools like photography, meditation & yoga, I am here to guide you to the version of you that you were always meant to be. YOU are meant to see yourself as the wise, deserving person you are. Sometimes, that gets stopped with life, daily routines, work, etc. But it's always there, ready to guide you home to your heart.

My approach

Photography has always been a tool I've used to show clients how amazing they are. You hold the wisdom of a life well-lived in your eyes, the smile on your face, the warmth in your heart.

Guiding you to your Authentic Self is an honor and a privilege. You can't always see yourself the way I see you, but now, you can! We collaborate to find the middle ground that allows you to shine in the fullest expression of YOUR Authentic Self!

I carefully make sure you see your value and help to find the session that works best for your goals. Your dreams are sometimes one click away, creating photos that speak to your business, your celebration, your milestone; it's all so special and deserves care.
